FAQ
How does the multipuck system work?
After each goal is scored, the vertical LED plinko-style tower activates and randomly determines how many pucks are launched back onto the playfield. This means the number of pucks in play can change throughout the game, making every round unpredictable and more exciting than standard one-puck air hockey.
Can this table be set up for coin operation?
Yes. The Pixel Multipuck features selectable coin-operated or free-play modes, making it suitable for commercial arcades and venues looking to generate revenue, as well as home game rooms or recreational spaces where free play is preferred.
What power supply does this table require?
The Kalkomat Pixel Multipuck requires a 220V power supply. Make sure your venue or space has the appropriate outlet available before installation, as standard U.S. household outlets are typically 110V.
How is this table shipped and delivered?
Due to its size and weight of approximately 500+ lbs, this table ships via freight on a pallet. Delivery is typically to the curbside. You will need to arrange to move it into your space, and some assembly is required upon arrival.
Is this table suitable for outdoor use?
The Pixel Multipuck is designed for indoor use but can be used in covered outdoor spaces such as covered patios or pavilions where it is protected from direct weather exposure. It is not rated for uncovered outdoor environments.
What is the warranty on the Pixel Multipuck?
The table comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the manufacturer, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
